In order to comprehensively and objectively grasp the degree of students in the professional field, and continuously explore and improve in teaching practice, the School of Music successfully held the mid-term assessment of the 2023 music performance major on May 14, 2024. This assessment is not only an important test of the students' learning achievements this semester, but also an important measure to promote the improvement of teaching quality.
为确保此次考核的专业性和公正性，学院邀请了南京艺术学院吴芃教授，以及青年导演、编剧贾雨，携手本院专业教师，共同组成专业评审团队，从基础能力（音准、节奏、语言）、舞台形象（服装、化妆、造型）、舞台表现（演唱、表情、动作）三个方面，对学生的综合表现进行精细评分，确保每一个细节都能得到公正的评价。在考核现场，学生们分为流行组、美声组、民族唱法组依次登台演唱，他们的演唱不仅覆盖了广泛的音乐范畴，还展现了丰富的风格。学生们在声线运用、音准掌握、情感表达等方面均展现出显著的进步。
In order to ensure the professionalism and fairness of this assessment, the college invited Professor Wu Peng of Nanjing University of the Arts, as well as young director and screenwriter Jia Yu, to work with professional teachers at the college to form a professional review team. From the three aspects of basic ability (pitch, rhythm, language), stage image (costumes, makeup, modelling), and stage performance (singing, expression, action), the comprehensive performance of students is carefully scored to ensure that every detail can be fairly evaluated. At the assessment site, the students were divided into popular group, bel canto group, and folk singing group to sing on stage in turn. Their singing not only covered a wide range of music, but also showed a rich style. Students have shown significant progress in the use of voice, pitch mastery, and emotional expression.
其中，王颖、田硕、余思淇、麦展铭、梁懿鑫五位同学因进步显著，获得了“进步之星”的荣誉。这不仅是对他们个人的肯定，同时也激励了其他同学追求卓越，共同在音乐的道路上砥砺前行。
Among them, Ying Wang, Shuo Tian, Siqi Yu, Zhanming Mai and Yixin Liang won the honor of "Progress Star" for their remarkable progress. This is not only an affirmation of their personal achievements, but also inspires other students to pursue excellence and forge ahead on the road of music together.

In the School of Music of Shenzhen Technology University, students can always find a stage to show themselves and exercise their abilities. Every performance is a ladder for them to improve their vocal level and artistic accomplishment, and every comment is a valuable guidance and profound inspiration provided by the judges. These comments, like a lighthouse, guide students on the road of art and help them continue to grow in future learning and practice. For teachers, assessment is not only a test of students' learning outcomes, but also an opportunity to deeply understand students' needs, test teaching effects, and adjust teaching strategies.
